Creativity | Visual and spatial designs | Architecture
I'm interested in the creative process in visual and spatial designs, like Architectures.
The other way to study empirical aesthetics is to examine the psychology behind art and design, as each piece of art was considerately delivering the message and intention from its creator.
I've been focusing on Japanese Architecture and designs. I studied its history, critics, theories, and had traveled to visit most of symbolic Japanese Contemporary Architecture during my stay in Japan (2020-2022). I also had experience as a design discoverer of building models, sketches, and photographing(See my unofficial portfolio).

2020-2022
I've been tutoring high school students for AP/Introductory Psychology as teaching assistant (2020-2021) and as instructor(2022). I answered students' questions, prepared lectures materials, gave lectures(in English and Chinese), design assignments, evaluated and explained assignments to help students learn introductory level psychology.
I enjoy teaching psychology. And one of my longer-term career goal is to teach Fine Arts/Design students the psychology of art and design. Hopefully to introduce and highlight psychological principles that is important to art and design practices - Like gestalt rules in perception, memorability in cognition, emotions and mood disorders, personality and social perspectives of human behaviour.
